We source our meat from trusted local farms that adhere to high standards of animal welfare and sustainability. All our products are traceable and meet UK food safety regulations. We are committed to providing the freshest, ethically sourced meat to our customers.
3. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select the products you want, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, where you’ll enter your payment and delivery information. You will receive confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
4. Which payment options are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other major credit and debit cards are all accepted. PayPal is another option for payment. Cash on delivery is also available. Per the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, all payments are handled securely, and we do not retain your payment information (PCI DSS).
5. Is a minimum order amount required for free delivery?
We indeed require a minimum order value of £ 14.99 to guarantee timely and sustainable free delivery. You will be informed at checkout if this quantity is not met by your order.
6. Do you deliver, and where do you deliver to?

Your order is carefully packed in insulated packaging to maintain freshness during transit. Perishable items, such as meat and fish are vacuum-sealed and kept chilled using ice packs, ensuring they remain in perfect condition upon arrival.

10. Can I manage my order?
Yes! You can pre-book and schedule delivery for the next day. The available free delivery slots will be displayed while you order the product.
11. What distinguishes goats, sheep, and lambs?
A lamb is a young sheep (less than a year old), but a goat is a different species entirely. Wool covers lambs and sheep. Lamb is juicier and softer than mutton, which is sheep meat. Although goat meat is occasionally referred to as "mutton," it tastes very different from sheep mutton.
12. What is the difference between fresh/frozen meat?
Theoretically, frozen meat is any meat that has been held in a frozen atmosphere and whose temperature has dropped below -4⁰ C. Fresh meat is meat straight from the animal, held in a chill atmosphere below 4⁰ C but above freezing temperature. Also, fresh meat is always ready for consumption right away. You don’t have to thaw it or wait for it to defrost.
13. Is it okay to freeze the meat, defrost it, and then eat it?
Safe to use, if you cook it as soon as it thaws. We won't, however, suggest that you freeze it. We have made significant efforts to guarantee that the meat you receive is never frozen and is always fresh.
We do not recommend freezing meat since freezing causes it to lose its softness and juiciness.
