We offer a range of butchery products, including fresh meats, fish, prepared cuts, and related items ("Products"). All Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, reject orders, or stop selling any products without notice.
a) Product Descriptions : We strive to ensure that our product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, there is a possibility that slight variations in colour, size, and weight may occur. We retain the right to make any necessary corrections to the price or description and to let you know about them before we process your transaction.
4. Account Setup
To make every visit to our website more convenient, you have the option to create an online account with us. You will receive a username and password to use the next time you place an order with us if you do this. Everything that happens on your account is your responsibility. To avoid any unauthorized use of your account, you should make sure that only you know your login and password and that access to your profile is limited. Please make sure you have read our privacy policy and ensure to provide accurate information and update it if any changes occur.
5. Orders and Payment
a) Order Process :
Choose the product and follow the on-screen directions to place the order. We will send you a text/WhatsApp message to confirm your order and the delivery window period.
b) Pricing and Payment :
All prices are listed in [Currency, e.g., GBP] and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made at the time of ordering/delivery, and we accept payment through [List Payment Methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, cash?].
c) Delivery :
We deliver within the Coventry and Nuneaton areas for the time being. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and circumstances beyond our control. Delivery charges will be added to your order total at checkout along the delivery timeframe. Since the products we sell are perishable, it is the customer's obligation to make sure the package is accepted on the day of delivery. If a delivery effort is unsuccessful because the primary delivery address is unoccupied, the customer bears responsibility and accountability for any lost goods; FreshCuts4U is not liable in this regard. If, upon delivery, your primary delivery address is unattended, or if you request that your goods be left in a secure location, FreshCuts4U hereby expressly disclaims all liability arising from such an event, including but not limited to theft, tampering, or contamination, regardless of how it occurred. We are unable to provide a free replacement if your delivery is refused or not accepted at the recipient's address.
6. Returns and Cancellations
a) Right of Cancellation :
You may cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 within 14 days of receiving the products, except perishables like fresh meat, and fish, which are not subject to cancellation. However, we allow our customers to change or cancel their orders within 30 minutes of placing the order. If you decide to cancel after the cutoff time but before delivery, we may charge you in full for the order's value, including any delivery costs. Please email your order number and delivery address to admin@freshcuts4u.com to notify us of your cancellation within 30 minutes of placing the order.
b) Returns and Refunds :
If your order contains unavailable goods, we will notify you and arrange for a replacement product or a full refund or voucher. If you receive a defective or incorrect Product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may ask for evidence of the defect or error. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used to place your order.
7. Website Use
a) Intellectual Property :
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of “FreshCuts4U” Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
b) User Behaviours :
You consent to use the Site solely for legitimate purposes and in a way that respects the rights of others by not obstructing or impeding their ability to use and enjoy it. Transmitting illegal, objectionable, or hazardous content is one kind of prohibited behaviour.
c) Third-Party Links :
The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these websites and recommend that you review their terms and conditions and privacy policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, “FreshCuts4U” shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of Products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the Product(s) in question.
9. Complaint Registration
Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality products and services possible. You must inspect the goods as soon as it has been delivered and inform us if you are not happy with our services or products. Our team will review your complaint, involve Butcher if required, and get back to you within one working day. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of any perishable products, but we will take appropriate action to satisfy you.
10. In General
a) We won’t be responsible for any delays or failures due to any circumstances beyond our control.
b) We have the right to update these Terms, conditions, and website at any time to reflect modifications to our policies or changes imposed by law.
c) Even though we try to considerable efforts to guarantee the accuracy of all product descriptions, photos, information, and prices, we disclaim all work for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Shape and colour may differ from what is displayed on the internet.
d) The laws of England and Wales will apply to this Agreement, and the parties expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
